Berikut ini gaji-gaji perusahaan,

• cisco partner ( IT Network ) .... 2,5 juta ( semakin banyak sertifikat, maka ada tambahan tunjangan sertifikat )
• Djarum (di jakarta) fresh standard  3,75 juta
• Astra International 4jutaan sampe probation, begitu diangkat jadi 6jutaan
• karyawan BRI  (awal masuk per januari 2010)= 4,4 juta,THR=2x gaji, Cuti=1x gaji, setahun rata2 terima bonus 8x gaji

• Chevron: 11-12jtan, tergantung penempatan, bidang geotermal lebih kecil lagi
• KPC = 6.5 jtan dapat tiket Pulang pergi naik pesawat mereka kl pingin cuti, take home pay 10juta

• McKinsey 8-9 jutaan, masih dapet tunjangan yang lain sehingga gaji bisa lebih besar
• AT Kearney 15-17 jutaan, total semua gaji, sehingga uang lembur tidak ada lagi

Perusahaan Telecommunication

• Indosat = 5 jutaan
• XL = 5.5 jutaan
• Telkomsel = 4 jutaan setahun 23x
• Telkom = 3.8 jutaan untuk area Jawa dan 5 jutaan untuk area Jawa, setahun 23 kali gaji

Perusahaan BUMN

• PLN = 3.8 jutaan, dalam setahun 18x gaji
• ANTAM = 8 jutaan

Perusahaan Rokok

• Sampoerna = 5.5 jutaan untuk supervisor area dan 8 jutaan untuk GI 17x setahun dapat uang pulsa (max 700 ribu/bulan), mobil dinas dan BBM ditanggung perusahaan
• Djarum = 5 jutaan, gaji akan naik ketika masa kerja sudah 2 tahun

Departemen atau lembaga pemerintah

• Bank Indonesia: 9-10 jutaan
• Depkeu: 6-8 jutaan perbulan (untuk pajak dan beacukai) lainnya 4.5 jutaan,  Depkeu pajak entry level tergantung golongan, D3 jadi gol 2C sekitar 5,5 (gaji pokok+tunjangan) tapi  S1 jadi gol 3A + 1 jt lebih tinggi,,, kalo gaji pokok 1 th 13 kali kalo tunjangan beragam
• BPK: 5-6 jutaan
• Sekretaris negara: 3-5 jutaan

• Kompas gramedia, fresh graduate 3-4 jutaan. Bonus 2 x setahun 2x gaji. THR 1x gaji natal & lebaran

Monumen Nasional ( Jakarta, Indonesia )

What Is Monumen Nasional ?

Monumen Nasional or MONAS is located in central of the field Medan Merdea, Central Jakarta, Indonesia." Monas " is a monument or memorial as high as 132 meters(433 feet) which was established to commemorate the resistance and the struggle of the people of Indonesia to win independence from the colonial Dutch East Indies. 

Do you Know that Monas has crown flame which made from pure gold. So beautiful,, This flame symbolized the struggling of burning. The idea for development Monas come from Soekarno, the first president Indonesia. The architect Monas are Frederich Silaban and R.M. Soedarsono.

Inside Monas, you can see some places that show the history of Indonesia, There are Indonesia's National History Museum at the foot of the monument, Indonesian history dioramas in the museum,Reflective pond in Taman Medan Merdeka Monas National Monument, Dewi Pertiwi sclupture, Garuda Pancasila inside the Independence Monument ( Ruang Kemerdekaan ), The original manuscript of the Proclamation of Independence of Indonesia, Map Collection gold-plated, and so on.

The History Of " Monas "

After central government of Indonesia moved to Jakarta. Soekarno began to thingking about a national monument which is equal with Eiffel Tower, it located in the field right in front of palace " Istana Merdeka ". That development has purpose to preserve the memory of struggle of Indonesia. It  also purpose to keep generate spirit and patriotism next generation.

At August 17, 1954 the commite of national be formed and the first contest to build national monument held in 1955. There are 51 works which partipate, but only one which has satisfy criteria that was appointed by commite, and that is made by Frederich Silaban. That criteria is shows about character of Indonesia and it can survive for the next. The second contest held in 1960, but from 136 participant, there are not to fulfill criteria. And the chief of judges give a change to Frederich Silaban to show his designs to Soekarno,but Soekarno didn't like that design and Soekarno wants that monument has form the fallus and yoni. But, the design from Silaban too extraordinary,and needs a lot of money for develop that monument, moreover Economic Condition of Indonesia is bad enough. For that reason, Silaban suggests that development be delayed until Economic Condition of Indonesia is better than before. Then, Soekarno asked to architect R.M Soedarsono to continue that design. R.M Soedarsono insert the numbers 17, 8, and 45 to his design. And it is symbolized 17 August 1945, Indonesia's independence proclamation. That monument held in field of hectares. That monument is architected by Frederich Silaban and R.M Soedarsono, started 17 August 1961.

Kota Tua ( Jakarta )

Hai all,

have you ever heard Bali ? i think u have heard that, if u never heard or don't know about Bali, next time i will review it for you. Now, in this section i will explain you about Jakarta, especially "Kota Tua". If you are not indonesian, you must know about Jakarta, because Jakarta is the capital of Indonesia. What is it ?

Kota Tua also known as Batavia Lama " Old Batavia ", Kota Tua was nicknamed "Jewel of Asia" and " Queen of The East "in the 16th century by European Voyagers.

Tips Perawatan Rambut

Hai girls,,
aku mau bagi tips untuk kalian nih tentang merawat rambut yang baik
ini nih,,,

1. Keramaslah minimal 2 kali sehari

    Kebanyakan orang memang keramas setiap hari untuk membuat rambut keliatan lebih bersih, tapi tau kah kalian kalau kita keramas setiap hari bukan buat rambut makin bagus, bersih, dan lain-lain, tapi malah akan membuat kerusakan pada rambut, selain itu juga membuat warna rambut kelihatan lebih kusam, menjadi kering, dan yang lebih parah menimbulkan "uban" dirambut.

2. Pakai Conditioner setelah keramas

    Sebetulnya memakai conditioner memang bagus, tapi kalau tidak dipakai juga tidak masalah, karena memang ada beberapa tipe rambut yang memang tidak cocok apabila menggunakan conditioner, misalkan menimbulkan ketombe.

3. Menggunakan hair Repair dan hair recovery ( khusus untuk rambut bermasalah )

    Penggunaan hair repair memang sangat dianjurkan untuk rambut bermasalah ( seperti kerontokan, bercabang, kasar, dsb ). Hair repair cukup digunakan sedikit saja pada ujung rambut sebagai pengganti conditioner, Gunakan secara teratur setiap kali keramas, apabila rambut sudah kembali secara normal, untuk selanjutnya gunakan hair recovery. ( recomended )

4.  Mengeringkan dengan handuk yang halus
     Setelah keramas usahakan menggunakan handuk yang halus, dan pastikan bahwa rambut benar-benar kering, dan jangan mengeringkan rambut dengan cara mengacakacak rambut anda, usahakan dengan cara mengeringkan rambut dengan pola satu arah dari kepala hingga ujung rambut menggunakan handuk.

5. Memakai Hair Tonic
    Setelah setengah kering gunakanlah hair tonic yang sesuai dengan rambut anda, lalu lakukan pijatan pada bagian kepala secara perlahan.

6. Pola hidup yang baik
    Tips diatas akan lebih optimal lagi, apabila anda memiliki pola hidup yang baik, seperti menyisir rambut anda, mekaikan vitamin rambut, serta mengkonsumsi makan-makanan yang bergizi, atau jika perlu melakukan masker rambut.
